When I joined UNUM, I initiated a project to address a significant gap: the absence of a cohesive icon set. Prior to this endeavor, designers at UNUM crafted icons ad hoc for each project, leading to inconsistency and inefficiency in managing them. To streamline our design process and maintain visual coherence across our products, website, and marketing materials, I took the initiative to develop a comprehensive set of over 150 icons tailored specifically for UNUM's needs as the company expanded.
